Pay on-site after approval

Use the quote ID from your approved request to open the payment screen. When payment is unlocked, you will be redirected to secure Stripe Checkout to complete payment.

Payment Policy: Do not hand cash or direct payment to the technician at the appointment. Technicians are prepaid by us under contract. Tips are optional.

After payment is received, your request moves into scheduling. Final appointment confirmation and service details are provided separately after scheduling is completed. Secure payments are processed through Stripe.

Scheduling Notice: Payment secures processing of your approved service request. Appointments are not considered finalized until scheduling confirmation has been issued separately.
